A conference usually lasts between 30 to 45 minutes including questions and answers, but it can also be less. The maximum all-inclusive duration is one hour.
It depends on each speaker: it can be a webinar or an interactive presentation! We advise all speakers using polls and interactions to do so via chat, for a maximum of 45 minutes.
First come, first served! Book your conference, give it a name and description and submit it for acceptance by our administrators. You can modify your conference later. Make sure the conference has a title, description, detailed program and speakers, as well as the company logo.
We partner with Livestorm and Zoom.
Once a conference has been accepted, we will provide you with a banner for communication purposes and sharing on social networks with all the information about the conference as well as the photos of the speakers. We will also send you publication templates.
Participants can access a whole conference program in one place and easily manage their registrations: one single account, with access to all conferences.
Yes: each company is limited to 2 conferences per event.
We advise all speakers to use headphones or earphones to reduce sound feedback. In the event of a problem, use audio over video. Try to be as close as possible to your Wifi, and if possible by wire to optimize the speed. Cut off all third party and RAM consuming applications.
Yes, we will send it to you before the conference
Each speaker can access the registrants of their own conference, but won’t be able to see those of other conferences. After the conference, the speaker can download the full list of participants who attended the conference. Speakers are strictly prohibited from contacting participants without offering an unsubscribe option.
For each conference, each speaker has access. It is also possible to have "moderator" access in order to be able to answer messages, questions and launch surveys
Saloon offers the same kind of link between speakers as an actual event would give. Rather than having your own webinar, Saloon means all speakers and companies share common themes, allowing participants to and companies to grow and engage their audience.
Yes, you just need to go to the event page and click on "Suggest an event". All you have to do is enter the name, description and dates of the event you would like to offer.
Saloon will automatically send emails to the participants which they can add to calendar, and the link to connect to the conference.
Yes, you will have a link that allows you to test all the features.
No, there is no limit to how many people can join each conference
Yes! Participants can ask questions and vote for those already asked. Speakers can answer them. There is also a chat for discussions.
Yes, make yourself at home! There can be several speakers, external speakers, one or more moderators, and even an interviewer. Just notify the Saloon team to give you access.
